Salesforce CRM tool has undergone massive transformations over the years. Salesforce's Einstein Analytics is one of its innovation that has changed the way we look at data management.

Salesforce is the pioneer in using cloud technology in the CRM system. It is a popular and leading customer relationship management (CRM) tool used by many organizations. When Salesforce was launched, it started as a tool that people in sales used to track their accounts, opportunities, leads, and financial information. It helped to create projections and follow up with their customers. Today, it is used in various industries to track their customer interactions, predictions, analytics, reports, and to manage customer accounts and information.    

History of Salesforce
Salesforce was started by Marc Benioff, Parker Harris, Frank Dominguez, and Dave Moellenhoff in an apartment in 1999. By 2000 they had an office, a promising product, and a wonderful team. In 2003, they launched Sforce 2.0 in an event they hosted called the Dreamforce. In 2005, they launched AppExchange. Through this software, they opened the market for partners to develop applications. They allowed these applications to be open to Salesforce customers. They continued to innovate and bring transformation to the business. Today it is one of the multi-million dollar companies and ranks second in 2019 list of Fortune’s best companies to work for. Salesforce CRM is the most widely used CRM in every industry.
