This makes these platforms highly desirable for the trading community. They use various tips and tricks to attract visitors that can help them in building their branding and interestingly most of the time the tricks turn out to be very effective.

1.      Stand Space

This may not come into the mind of exhibitors, but stand space has a big role to place. Where exactly is the space located can have a great impact on your stand footfall? Moreover, from how many sides the stand can be kept open. Is it big or small? If big then do you need it if small then will it be enough to display your products and services? These are very important factors that you will need to find out and reach out to a conclusion while booking your stand space. 

 

2.      Stand Location

Without a doubt stand location is no less important than stand space. Is your stand ideally located? Will it be easily accessible for your target audience? What are the other stalls and businesses next to the space you are being offered? Is the passageway clear or cluttered? The front of your exhibition stand should have clear views. One should be able to see your stand from maximum parts of the floor, that should be the position. Moreover, ensure you do not get a dark, cluttered, narrow, dirty, closed from every siding type of space for your stand. 

 

3.      Front Should Be Clear

Ensure you pick a location that can give your stand a clear front. Generally, corners are the best location as the corner booths are open from three sides and get greater visibility. Space with two sides open is also good. The idea is to give increased attention. The more your booth is visible, the more is the chance of getting footfalls. Also, when you design the stand, ensure the design should be such that neither the booth nor the entrance looks messy.
