and ankles, you must take it easy. Do not run too long on the very first day,
increase the time and distance slowly each week.

For Cycling Frequently: Another great cardiovascular
exercise, cycling is also a great option to explore the outdoor world and keep
yourself energetic. You can take your cycle to wander around the different
neighbourhood and can also take it to school or your work. Cycling does not
only make the muscles of your thighs strong, but the muscle of your hands also
get stronger. Initially, choose a cycle with a soft seat that is not too wide.
