We collect the information businesses provide when creating a listing (name, contact details, address, services and social links), the account details of registered owners (name, email, phone), customer enquiries and reviews, and basic engagement events (views, calls and clicks) used to calculate rankings.

2. How we use it

• To display business listings and calculate the WRL ranking score.
• To connect customers with businesses through enquiries.
• To verify listings and protect against fraud and spam.
• To operate, maintain and improve the platform.

3. Ranking & fairness

Rankings are produced solely by our algorithm from real signals. We never sell ranking positions, and payment cannot influence your score or rank.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal contact details. Aggregated, non-personal ranking data may be made available through our data/API products. Business listing information is public by nature.

5. Security

Passwords are hashed, forms are protected against cross-site request forgery, and database access uses prepared statements. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

6. Your choices

Registered owners can edit or request removal of their listing and account at any time from the dashboard, or by contacting us.
