You may add or claim a business you are authorised to represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We may verify, moderate, suspend or remove listings that are inaccurate, duplicated or abusive.
The WRL score and rank are calculated by our algorithm from real signals. Rankings are provided "as is". You cannot purchase, negotiate or otherwise influence your rank, and any attempt to manipulate signals (fake reviews, bot engagement, etc.) may result in penalties or removal.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We moderate submissions and may reject content that is fake, defamatory or off-topic. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a licence to display it.
Optional paid products (sponsored slots, data/API access, analytics) sit around the ranking and are clearly labelled. They never alter organic scores or ranks.
The platform is provided without warranties. We are not liable for business decisions made based on rankings or listing information.
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
